Returns and Repairs

Mudroom packs are designed to be an every day tool to make daily transitions in life easier and we stand behind that commitment with our history and experience.

If it doesn't work, Mudroom backpacks can be returned for an exchange, refunded or repaired for up to three years from date of purchase. We stand behind the design, product and use.  It has been personally tested on the road, on Half Dome and on the trail.

Please note: due to shipping costs, international orders (orders outside of the US) are non-returnable.
